Service Engagement Terms
All design engagements begin only after scope and payment milestones are approved in writing. Timelines are estimates and may adjust due to material availability, client approvals, or site-level dependencies.
Project Terms
- Client must provide accurate project details and site access.
- Concept revisions are limited to mutually agreed rounds.
- Material and vendor costs are subject to market fluctuations.
- Delays caused by third parties may affect delivery schedules.
Payments, Intellectual Property, and Liability
Invoices are payable as per milestone schedule in the signed proposal. Design documents remain intellectual property of CrystalInteria until payment obligations are complete. Unauthorized reuse of drawings or branded content is not permitted.
Additional Conditions
- Completed payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for applicable services.
- Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
